The attorney-client relationship is formed between you and the individual attorney assigned to your case, not between you and TicketLawyer CT as a platform. By submitting a case and completing payment, you authorize the assigned attorney to represent you in the specified matter.

All attorneys on our platform are independently licensed to practice law in the State of Connecticut.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for legal services are displayed before you complete your submission. By making a payment, you agree to the quoted fee for the specified services. All fees are flat-rate and clearly disclosed before payment.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

If an attorney has not yet begun work on your case, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of payment. Once an attorney has appeared in court or filed documents on your behalf, fees are considered earned. Refund requests should be directed to info@turleylaw.com.

While our attorneys work diligently to achieve the best possible outcome, no specific result is guaranteed. Past results, reviews, and statistics displayed on our platform do not guarantee future outcomes. Each case depends on its unique facts and circumstances.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
